Indoorphins is a high intensity, at home fitness community.  We combine functional movements, traditional bodybuilding movements, bodyweight exercises and calisthenics to create challenging but approachable at workouts that can be done at home, in your home or community gym or your regular gym facility.  Indoorphins remote programming offers two tracks depending on your goals, your experience and the equipment you have available. With over 12 years in the fitness industry, these programs are designed to be challenging, effective, time efficient and fun! INDOORphins DAILY DB: Everyone needs INDOORphins and this program is designed for everyone! Workouts are created to be done with one set of dumbbells but can easily be done with a kettlebell, barbell, weighted sandbag or duffle bag, water jugs, wine bottles or essentially anything around your house that has a little weight to it!  Workouts last about 30 minutes and are designed to get you in, hit you hard, and get you out.  The headache of programming is taken out so do these as often as you can, don't worry about missing a day or taking a day off to recover and if you are feeling bold, hit two of them to make up for those days you missed. This is your daily essential fitness program, designed for everyone, to get those INDOORphins pumping!

INDOORphins PLUS: HIIT Style programming designed for folks that have access to more equipment either in a built out home gym, CrossFit box or a traditional gym with functional fitness equipment. Gear required: Pull-up bar, barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls

INDOORphins BODY: A body-building/aesthetics focused program for a systematic approach to targeting specific body parts on any given day. This is a great supplemental program to either the Daily DB or the PLUS program
